May be what u say will happen & shiv may call payal to attend court. And without summons also one can instantly request court if he/she has to put some point in court case.

But I think Anandi would have called Payal already or Mr Kabra to call Payal as witness to confirm her statement. so according to spoiler Payal may put her statement only to confirm coffee shop conversation.

To create rift between Shiv- Aanandi, CVs will drag the tract for few episodes. Sanchi or say Shekhar's will withdraw case to be saved from more humiliation. Real truth about suicide, whole truth of Sanchi & her true colors will come in light in future by some cc camera footage, as she openly said while confronting Ganga [ collector's residence, security purpose camera may be there ]. then only her family will know their bechari daughter's real face. This is my thought. I may be wrong. But I wish in any way her real face should be exposed.

I know that the law does not allow whoever wants to come and give a statement...but here the writers are not following any law except their own so I guess anything can happen.

Why should Anandi call Payal...she is Saanchi's friend...who could lie for Saanchi...although we now know she is going to tell the truth. ...but Anandi doesn't. ...probably this is Shiv's idea or Jagya's lawyer...I am hoping it is the lawyer's idea.

I agree this will drag on till next week. ..

We also know Ganga has taped the conversation. ...so truth will come out and so will her real nasty character.
