Talking to the media for the first time after the release of Besharam, which went on to be one of the biggest disappointments of his career, Ranbir Kapoor said that he doesn't regret doing the film.
When a journalist questioned the actor, asking if he regrets doing the film, Kapoor said "Not at all. I don't regret doing Besharam"
"Even my first film (Saawariya) was a flop. I don't regret anything in my life. I had an opportunity to work with my parents in the film," he said.
When another reporter asked what went wrong with the Abhinav Kashyap directed film, Ranbir said "I don't have any formula for success. I work with my conviction in my films"
Released in theatres on October 2nd 2013, Besharam went on to collect Rs 57 crore at the domestic box office. The film was thrashed by the critics and rejected by the audience.
