Siddharth said on the phone to his friend that he doesn't have to tolerate Ayesha for more then a few more days more, so he intends not to marry her after he uses her at the farmhouse, that's why he was upset that she has refused to got there for Diwali, but I feel with more persuasion from that sleezebag she will run away during the festivities and go to him for a party and something with happen, I don't think she will get pregnant but possibly he will drug her and take pictures of her half naked or they will spread the information in their society so she is not able to get a good match to get married, remember Inder said they have other proposals for marriage for her, I'm thinking Siddharth intends for no-one to offer for her, because his name is also ruined because of what happened at the sangeet, when Laajo refused to apologise people assume that she was right and he was the one that was going into her room to harass her, so perhaps the good families are refusing the match with him, so he is doing revenge with Ayesha. This will work in nicely with what we were thinking that she will have to marry someone from a poor family perhaps someone from Sornbarsa as well (village guy), because her reputation is ruined.
