Thanks for the Update
Just finished watching the episode fully last night.
Another awesome episode.

One thing I didn't agree with is the continued references to the Gandhi family with the introduction of a new character "inspired" from Maneka Gandhi. Funny, even the name is similar, Megha 😕. But I really liked the face-off between both the ladies. I somehow felt Megha was the more stronger of the two as she seems to be someone who is in full control maybe even of her son. Whereas Naina, though powerful, still seems to be vulnerable thanks to her inability to have any influence over her son plus her complete dependence on KK for all the dirty work. With Megha's threat it is almost clear that the close person who told Mehek about the college incident could be none other than Prithvi.

Finally "Abhay's" mask falls. I had a doubt about this guy from the start. For someone who's daughter was the only family he had left and whom he loved so much, he didn't seem to show the kind of concern or worry that a distraught parent whose child is missing shows. Even if he is generally a calm person there would definitely have been moments when he would have found the tension hard to bear but we didn't see anything in his face. He just seemed like a polite passerby mainly helping Trisha. But despite my doubt turning true it was a very chilling scene to see him kill Jhanvi that way.

I'm really loving the brother-sister bond of Aditya and Divya. Their interactions always across as a refreshing and much needed ray of sunshine between all the dark proceedings. Loved the way he says that more than him it was her who should have been the PM and her brushing it off and just being happy in supporting him. Would love to see more such scenes between them.

I must say I found the way Nikita makes that guy Mihir take over decoding the SD card form Jia pretty careless and even JSR's reaction to it seemed very laidback. Jia was right when she said that this was a sensitive matter. Wasn't that stressed even by Waseem before he died that this card shouldn't get in anyone else's hands? Even JSR seemed very particular about keeping it secret. So to have some random tech guy who seemed like a gung-ho, know-it-all handle sensitive data without any care seemed like the wrong thing to do. What guarantee was there they could trust him?

Absolutely loved Trisha today. It seemed ironic that rather than JSR its she who comes to know the truth about Abhay Gupta. But loved her attitude and the way she reacted then. She is a true partner of the ATU chief. Didn't show any panic, even though terrified, talked normally and kept all her feelings well-hidden from "Abhay".

Precap: Now JSR is a virtual puppet in Yakoub's hands. I just hope nothing happens to Nikita.

That Mihir is a mysterious yet funny character. He seems more like someone from a youth comedy, completely out of touch with the seriousness of the ATU. Whether he's a hero or not is unknown, but Niki's suspect intentions come up here. Why would she trust him so blindly that she casually assigned him to the job? Jia herself didn't trust him at all. JSR was too concerned about his daughter to notice.

The assassin posing as Abhay was rather believable, until you find that he's never met JSR or Trisha- then doubts creep in. How he seemed to have control over the whole scene is a key issue, but he began to act up when inside the hospital. The real Abhay was an accountant by profession, so he's not really an emotional person, but the impostor did that quite well. Good job Ajinkya.

Nothing suspect about Divya? I feel there may be more to her story. Maybe the abortion bit must be a reflection of a hidden PM bid.

We've forgotten one character- Veer Singh Rathod, Jai's son. He may make a grand entry- either taking his father out to safety, or taking out that outright vindictive, forceful WNCC reporter Mehek.

In fact, I feel Mehek may eventually be taken down, either by terrorists who feel she's useless and likely to leak secrets about them, or by the mole in the ATU under the terrorists' orders, or by someone from the ATU or RAW or army.

Talking of WNCC, the boss of that channel (possibly superior to Mehek) may be the hidden main villain, on the side of the terrorists, possibly himself being someone else's right hand man.

Considering the character sketch I read about Veer I think he'll have a bigger role to play here.

So far Divya doesn't seem suspicious. But you never know. If she turns out to be the real head behind all that's happening I would be really shocked and impressed at the way she's led everyone so far.

I don't know why, but I'm still unable to see any connection the WNCC has with the assassination plot, but it does seem clear that at some point Mehek will be taken out. Maybe by the terrorists but then the blame will fall on KK and Naina.

One of Naina and Divya is a suspect. Somehow, Naina would be too obvious a choice, so Divya's a lot less likely to get picked on. I wouldn't be surprised if there were more abortions performed, since she seems to have no intention of starting a family.

WNCC, as I have said earlier, is a dead ringer for NDTV. Plenty of internet users, particularly the blogging community, slam NDTV for pro-Pakistan/pro-separatist slant, and their intrusive coverage of security forces' operations that leave them open to attack. The planted (?) story about the death of that one student at Aditya's hands may be a plot to make him vulnerable to an assassination (this one by JSR won't really work, I guess), because Aditya may act hard and tough against the terrorists- which is not what the terrorist-aligned boss of WNCC would want.

Alternatively, the Indian National Party (silly name) would engineer financial and other trouble for WNCC, leaving them vulnerable to a collapse, and in need of financial and other aid to survive- which would come from the Government, leaving them completely dependent on, and thus slave to, the INP. Tough luck expecting Aditya to let it happen- he'd sink the INP like he would sink Vikrant and KK.
