Rishbala 3s: Pyaar ki Kahani

Part 1

Madhu sat on the chair trembling. Flashbacks of the previous day's incidents were floating in front of her eyes. She could see whatever happened yesterday. She came out of her trance when she was called by the senior inspector. She went in his room and sat on the chair in front of the inspector.

 SI: So, Miss Madhubala Malik, main samajh sakta hoon ki aap pe kya beet rahi hai. Par kya aap nahi chahti ki jis insaan ne aapka itna bara nuksaan kiya, use saja mile?

Madhu nodded a yes.

SI: Aapse kuch sawaal puche jayenge, jinke jawab se hum aapka case frame kar sakte hai. Aap paaswale kamre mein jaiye, waha Junior inspector Rishab Kundra apka intezaar kar rahe hai, wahi aapko sawaal puchenge.

Madhu slowly went to the next room. It had a table and two chairs opposite to each other and bith were empty. As soon as she entered a voice from her behind told, "Baithiye."

Madhu sat on a chair. A man from her behind came and sat on the other chair. Madhu looked up to see him and was stunned. She wondered why such a handsome and charming young man working in the police. He should have been in the film industry. But her thoughts were interrupted when the man spoke, "Hello, Main Junior Inspector Rishab Kundra."

M- Main Madhubala Shamsher Malik.

RK- So, Miss Madhubala, I can understand aap kis daur se guzaar rahi hai but humein to sab kuch jaan na jaroori hai na? To main aapse eke k sawaal puchoonga ar aap unka jawaab dijiye. Ok??

M- Jee.

RK- Kal ke haadse ko jab aape dekha, I mean wo aapne kaise dekha, aur kya dekha? Poore incident ko shuruwat se kahiye.

M- Humare ghar kuch dino pehle ek mehmaan aaye the.Unka naam Balraj Chowdhury tha. Wo Papa ke bohot purane, bachpan ke dost the. Unke aur Papa ke beech koi contact nahi tha lagvag 40 saal. Fir ekdin dono ek mutual friend se dono ek doosre se mile aur fir har roj dono ki phone mein baatein hoti thi. Par ekdin main jab apni maa, Padmini Shamsher Malik, jab unka phone bas aaise hi check kar rahi thi to maine dekha ki lagvag har roj unhone maa ko ya fir maa ne unko phone kiya hai. Par jab papa ne maa ko unse introduce karvaya to dono bilkul aaise beave kar rahe the jaise pehli baar baatein kar rahe ho. Mera shak aur gehra hota gaya.

RK- Fir????

M- Fir papa ne unhe ghar pe invite kiya. Unke aane ke pehle din main college se jaldi aa chuki thi aur maa ko pata nahi tha ki main ghar ke andar aa chuki hoon. Main jab unke kamre bahar se jaa rahi thi to maine dekha ki wo kissi ko I luv you keh rahi hai. Pehle mujhe laga ki wo papa ko keh rahi hai par baad mein jab maine call list check kiya to maine dekha ki...ki.. wo Balraj se baat kar rahi thi uss waqt...maine bina der kiye ussi raat papa ko sab bataya. Papa ne sab suna aur kaha ki main iss bare mein kissise kuch na kahoon.

RK- Fir kya hua?

M- Agle din wo aadmi subah ko mere college jaane ke baad aaya. Mere classes off the to maine socha ki kyun na main ghar hi chali jaaoon. Par jab main ghar pohonchi...

Madhu started trembling in fear. Rishab got up from his chair and offered a glass of water to her. She drank the water and adjusted herself and continued.

M- Maine dekha ki Balraj humare front door pe khara hai ... uske haath mein ek chakku tha jismein khoon bhara tha... wo mujhse keh raha tha "Tere baap ne to meri Padmini ko maar daala, usne mujhe bhi maarna chaha par nahi maar saka, kyunki maine use maar diya.." Main dar ke mare piche hat rahi thi aur wo aage badte huye mujhse kehne laga, "Ab tu kyun zinda rahe tujhe bhi marna hi hoga..." main waha se bhaagne agi aur fir...

RK- Aur fir, kuch aadmiyon ne police ko khabar diya aur police ne Balraj ko arrest kiya aur aapke ghar ko seize kiya. Waise aap abhi kaha reh rahi hai?

M- Main...main apne ek saheli ke ghar pet hi kal...

RK- Thik hai Miss Malik, ab aapko bas ek kaam karna hai, humne jisse arrest kiya hai, aapko bas usse identify karna hai.

M- Jee.

Rishab took her in the room where Balraj was sitting. On their arrival, he looked up and his gaze met Madhu's eyes. Instantly he grew violent and sprang on Madhu, only to be punched by Rishab. He sat back with bleeding nose and lips. Rishab asked Madhu, "Kya yehi hai wo?"

Madhu was frightened seeing Balraj and his red bloodshot eyes. She moved behind Rishab and clutched his arm tightly. Rishab placed his hand over hers to comfort her and asked her the question again. Madhu slowly nodded her head in to a yes. Rishab signalled the constable to put Balraj behind the bars and took Madhu out from there.

 

It was night. Madhu was still sitting by the window where she sat after Rishab dropped her in the morning. She was feeling a mixture of emotions: she was feeling lonely, scared, anger, grief , everything except happiness. She did not eat anything from the morning and now was on the verge of fainting. Suddenly she felt that someone was there behind another window. She started trembling with fear as she thought it to be balraj. She stood up and asked in a trembling voice, "K..Kaun ...Kaun hai waha??"

In reply she heard a loud bursting sound. It was enough to scare her. She ran towards the front door which was just opposite to the window from where the noises were coming. She opened the door and ran out and when she saw someone standing there, she directly went and tightly hugged that person in fright.

Rishab was baffled with her action. He asked her, "Kya hua Miss malik? Is everything alright?"

Madhu (still hugging)- Waha...waha koi hai...

RK- Kaha?

She left him and pointed towards the window. Rishab held her by her wrist and took her there but there was no one. He showed her and said, "Dekha Miss malik koi nahi hai yaha. Aap khamokha dar rahi thi. I think aap abhi tak apne trauma se bahar nahi aa payi hai. Its ok..aaisa hota hai...andar chaliye."

Both went inside and Madhu made them two cups of coffee. She asked, "Aap yaha iss waqt?"

RK- Haan, wo main ghar laut raha tha to socha ki aapko ek baar dekh jaau, agar aapko kissi cheez ki jaroorat ho.

M- Inspector sir...

RK- Pls aap mujhe Rishab aur tum kahye, hum jyada chote bare nahi hai.

M- Rishab, mujhe yaha akele bohot dar lag raha hai. Pls mujhe aap police station drop kar dijiye main aaj raat wahi rook jaungi.

RK- Yeh aap kya keh rahi hai Miss Malik..

M- Madhu pls...

RK- Madhu, tum police station kyun jana chahti ho?

M- Waha atleast main surakshit rahoongi, kaafi log honge waha..

RK- Nahi Madhu , ek akeli ladki ko police station mein raat nahi guzaarna chahiye...tum mere saath mere ghar chalo...waha tumhe accha lagega...mere ghar pe mom, dad aur meri behen hai...shayad tumhe apna sa lage...chalogi?

M- Nahi nahi aaisa kaise ho sakta hai?? Aur aapke ghar walon ko bhi problem hogi..

RK- Kissi ko koi problem nahi hoga...tum aaram se waha reh sakti ho..I mean agar tumhe koi problem na ho to...

Madhu then nodded a yes and said, "Main kuch kapde pack kar leti hoon."

Rishab took her to his home. He had already informed his family that madhu was coming along with him. When Madhu got inside, she felt very relieved as well as warmth of love in Rishab's family. Radhajee, Rishab's mom said, "Madhu beta, chalo main tumhe tumhra karma karma dikha deti hoon."

Madhu nodded and followed her. But suddenly everything around her started rotating and became dark and she fell down on the floor.

Rishab was talking to his dad, when he saw Madhu fainting. He quickly reached to her an tried to wake her up but all in vain. Finally he picked her up and went to a bedroom and placed her on the bed. Radha came and said, "Lagta hai stress ke mare behosh ho gayi hai...maine doctor ko phone kar diya hai, wo aate hi honge."

When the doctor came he said, "Mr. Kundra, mujhe lagta hai inhone subah se kuch nahi khaya hai...main inhe neend ka injection de raha hoon, kal inhe hish aate hi kuch khila dijiyega."

Rishab sat beside Madhu's bed after the doctor left. He remained in the same position till morning so that if Madhu wakes up in the mid night then she does not get frightened.

When Madhu woke up in the morning, she at first was confused to a complete unknown place. But slowly everything cleared and she noticed Rishab sleeping on a chair near the bed. She understood that he had been in the same position from the last night and unknowingly her lips curved into a smile. She slowly woke up and got freshed and went out. Radha greeted her asked, "Beta ab kaisi ho tum? Tabiyat theek hai na??"

M- Jee auntijee...

R- Breakfast karlo...waise..tum kahi bahar jaogi?

M- Jee..woh...maine socha ki aaj se college jaoon, shayad sab dheere dheere normal ho jaye..

R- Woh to theek hai beta...bas ek baat kehni thi...tum kuch din yehi humare saath ruko... humein accha lagega...Rishu aur uske papa to bohot raat ko ghar wapas aatein hain, aur Rishika(Rishab's sister) to abhi kuch dino ke liye college tour par jaa rahi hain...agar tum kuch din waha rahogi to mujhe bohot accha lagega beta...

M- Theek hai aunty..main kuch din yehi rook jaungi..

After having breakfast, when she was about to leave Rishab came suddenly and said, "Chalo main tumhe college tak chor deta hoon.."

M- Tum itni jaldi uthke taiyaar bhi ho gaye?

RK- Haan to?? Main ek policewala hoon Madam, jaldi jaldi kaam karna mujhe aata hai...aur tumhara college police station ke route par hi aata hai, to chalo main tumhe drop kar doon..

M- Okay chalo.

 

After reaching her college, she bid goodbye to Rishab and entered her class. She felt much warmth and familiar with her friends. Suddenly someone pulled her by grabbing her arm and literally screamed at her, "Wo ladka kaun tha jiske bike par tum aayi ho yaha?"

Part 2

 

Madhu looked at the person who dared to talk to her like that. She saw that it was Mukund, her boyfriend. She jerked him off and said, "Pehle to tum apni yeh cheekhe apne paas rakho and for your question, thats none of your business...so just get lost." Saying this she left the place and went away.

Mukund was surprised with Madhu's behaviour. She was always a soft girl and never of this type of revolting nature. He tried to follow her but was stopped by Madhu's best friend Rimjhim (me ofcourse!!!) She told him how Madhu's parents were now dead and how Madhu was being helped by the police officer (RK). Finally she tells Mukund, "Aur sabse bari baat, Madhu ko yeh pata chal chuka hai ki tum apne dad ke saath uss so called business trip pe jaane ke bajay Deepali ke saath Hawai ghumne gaye the. To tumhe to Madhu se aaisa hi reaction milna tha...anyways...usse thoda time do taaki wo apne parents ke death ka trauma aur tumhare dhoke ke shock se bahar aa sake. Use apni tarah se atleast kuch mahine jeene do Mukund."

Mukund- But agar wo kissike saath..

Ri- Sab tumhari tarah nahi hote hai Mukund jo ek saath do ladkiyon ko ghumata hai...jab tak Madhu nahi laut ti hai tab tak tum Deepali ke saath kyun nahi rehte?? U will have a nice time.

Saying this Rimjhim left behind an ashamed Mukund.

Madhu returned home very tired. Firstly it was due to the studies and next she had to face that rascal Mukund everytime she got out of the classroom. Getting back to Kundra mansion gave her again a homely feeling. She decided to stay with the Kundras for a few more days before returning to her own house.

After a week, Madhu left for her own home. These days were so awesome. Every day she used to get up and have a yummy breakfast that Radha aunty mad, then she was dropped by Rishab to her college. The college timing was a bit irritating with Mukund around her but after getting back to Kundra mansion again the time went fun filled for Radha aunty was very much like her. Both had a gala time with each other.

Now everyone of the family was like her own family member. Radha aunty was like a mother figure and Mohan was like a father figure. She was missing Rishika very much, whom she had considered as her sister. But the main problem was with Rishab, she did not know what relation she should fit him in. She would never fit him into a brother as he was never like that. "Hmmm... Tough problem..." She thought as she was thinking what to have s breakfast before going to college. Till these days, Padmini cooked for her and after her death Radha aunty. So madhu never learnt how to cook.

Suddenly the door bell rang. Madhu opened the door and was surprised to see the person standing there whom she never expected to be. It was Rishab. He stood with a tiffin box in his hand. Madhu said, "Arre, tum? Aao andar aao.."

RK sat on the sofa and kept the tiffin box on the table and said, "Madhu, maa ne yeh tumhare liye breakfast bhega hain, jaldi se khaa lo aur chalo main tumhe drop kar deta hoon."

M- Auntijee ne bheja?? She is so sweet...main to soch rahi thi ki main aaj kya breakfast karoongi...mujhe to cook karna bhi nahi aata hai...

RK- Issiliye to maa ne yeh bheja hai...par tum poora mat kha jana, maine apna breakfast bhi pack kar liya hai, hum saath saath breakfast karenge...okay??

After having breakfast they left for college. Once in college, Madhu was very busy as she had no off period. After the college was over she took her phone and saw 5 missed calls from RK. She quickly called him back.
RK- Hello Madhu??

M- Rishab tumne mujhe itni baar call kyun kiya tha?

RK- Wo maine socha ki agar tumhe kissi cheez ki jaroorat ho to...waise tumne ekbaar bhi mera phone receive kyun nahi kiya main to bohot hi tensed ho gaya tha..

M- Wo mera phone silent mein tha, meri classes chal rahi thin a...aur mujhe abhi kissi cheez ki jaroorat nahi hai...so tum befikra raho...

RK- Oh okay...theek hai chalo main rakhta hoon Okay?? Bye!!

M- Bye!!

It was around a month Rishbala knew each other. Madhu was now very much friendly with Rishab. Every morning he used to come to her house and both had breakfast together and then he dropped her home. In between Madhu had started learning to cook from Radhajee whenever she used to visit Kundra mansion during the weekends. All over she was not at all lonely as her second family, the Kundras were there for her.

One day when Madhu was returning to her home wth Rimjhim, Rimjhim asked her about Rishab.

R- Madhu, tu to ab apne ghar mein rehti hai. Fir abhi bhi Rishab tujhe college kyun drop karta hai?

M- Arre hum dono to bohot hi acche dost ban chuke hai aur Rishab ke family members to bohot hi acche hai. Uski maa, Radha aunty har roj mere liye breakfast bhejti hai kyunki mujhe khana bana na nahi aata hai. Rishab aur main dono saath mere ghar mein khaana khaate hai aur fir wo mujhe drop kar deta hai.

R- Madhu maine to sirf yeh pucha ki wo tujhe drop kyun karta hai tune to uske family ke bare mein bhi bata diya...

M- Arre sahi kaha yaar, aaj kal na main bohot hi jyada bolne lagi hoon...sab na Rishab ki wajah se hua hai...woh mujhse itna baat karta hai ki main bhi bak bak karne lagi.

R- Tu to pehle bhi bak bak karti thi...par haan uss incident ke baad kitni chup ho gayi thi...chalo tere Rishab ne koi to acha kaam kiya...warna mujhe wo bilkul nahi pasand.

M- Tu mere Rishab ke bare mein kuch mat bol...

R- Tera rishab????

Madhu was tongue tied. She stammered, "Haan wo actually my tongue slipped...I mean Rishab tujhe kyun nahi pasand??"

R- Pehle tu apni saari baatein mujhse kiya karti thi par a buss Rishab se karti hai...issiliye.

Madhu gave her a bear hug and said, "Arre nahi nahi tu meri best friend thi aur tu hi rahegi."

Time went by very swiftly. Madhu's semester was knocking at the door. She was tudying day and night now to cope up with her studies. Suddenly one day Rishab told her that he was going for an official tour for a week and will not be able to drop her to her college. Madhu said him to take it easy and wished him luck for his tour.

Next morning Madhu woke up and was expecting Rishab. She picked up her mobile and saw amessage from Rishab: "Good Morning Madhu, Sorry aaj tumhare liye breakfast nahi la paaya. Hope tum bana logi. Enjoy your breakfast widout me, college safely jaana. Take care." Madhu remembered about his tour and smiled reading the message. She made her own breakfast and sat on the table to have it. But she was really feeling it boring to have the breakfast alone.

She switched on the tv but nothing interesting was showing on it. So switched it off. After completing her breakfast somehow she went to her college. Thhe entire day she was feelingirritated by every single thing and returned to home as quickly as possible. Finally at night after having her dinner she sat beside the window and watched the moon. Then she realised why she was so strangely feeling from the morning. She was missing: missing someone: Someone very special : Rishab...Yes! She was missing Rishab and is still missing him badly.

The seven days without each other were the toughest seven days in the lives of Rishab and Madhu. After seven days, it was the eighth day and Madhu was damn excited to meet RK. But at morning she received a message from RK, "Sorry Madhu, main aaj bhi nahi aa sakta, main aaj sham ko hi ghar lautoonga, but kal main jaroor tumse milne aaunga." Though Madhu was sad, she was happy that Rishab will be coming the next day.

In college, Rimjhim noticed Madhu looking very sad. She came near her and asked, "Kya hua Madhu? Pichle kuch dino se tu itni chup chap lag rahi hai?"

M- Kuch nahi yaar...kuch dino se Rishab se mili bhi nahi aur use baat bhi nahi huyi.

R- Kyun? Wok aha hai?

M- Tour pe gaya hai.

R- So you are missing him??

M- Yaa...

"Miss to karogi hi apne aashique ko..." both Rimjhim and Madhu were surprised and saw Mukund standing there.

Mu- Haina Madhu? Bohot yaad aa rahi hai na uski??

Madhu got up and was about to leave from there when Mukund grabbed her arm and stopped her.

Mu- Kaha jaa rahi ho?

M- Mukund mera haath choro.

Mu- Pehle yeh batao ki kaha jaa rahi ho? Apne aashique ke paas?

M- Who the hell are you to ask this type of non sensical questions?

Mu- I am your damn boyfriend.

M- You were my boyfriend!!! Par ab tum mere koi nahi ho. Aur main kaha jaa rahi hoon wo mera matter. So just stay out of it.

Mu- Main yeh jaan ne ka hak rakhta hoon.

M- Rakhte the. Jab tak tum mere boyfriend the tab tak. Ab jaao apni deepali ke paas aur mujhe meri tarah rehne do.

Mu- Oh!! Meri galti hai?? Tum yeh sidhe sidhe kyun kehti ho ki tumhe uss policewale se pyaar ho gaya hai...

M- Mukund mera haath choro...

Mu- Mujhe to pehle hi laga tha ki tumhara aur uska kuch chal raha hai.

M- Mukund maine kaha mera haath choro.

Mu- you are so cheap Madhu..

Madhu had it enough and she was raging with anger. She pulled her free hand and slapped Mukund as tight as she could possibly could. Mukund was surprised with the sudden slap and left Madhu's hand immediately. Madhu glared at him and said," You better stay in your limits. Aur tum mere aur Rishab ke rishte ke bare mein kuch na kaho to hi accha hai. Jab main iss poori duniya mein akeli thi, jab mujhe tumhare sahaare ki sabse jyada jaroorat thi, tab tum Deepali ke saath Hawai ghoom rahe the, and you know what, Rishab wo ek lauta insaan tha jo meri madad ko aaya, jisne mera haath thama aur mujhe meri saari pareshaaniyon se nikala, samjhe?? Ab isse pehle ki main kuch kar baithoon tumhe yeh behter hoga ki tum meri zindagi se humesha ke liye chale jao." Saying this Madhu left stomping her feet.

Rimjhim came and sat beside Madhu, who was sitting in the cantin. She slowly spoke, "Madhu agar tu bura na mane to ek baat kahoon??"

M- Bol.

R- Madhu mujhe bhi lagta hai ki tu Rishab ko chahne lagi hai.

M- Kya????

R- Madhu gussa mat hona. Tu hi soch na, jab se tu Rishab se mili hai tu dheere dheere tu fir se wo pehlewali Madhu, humesha khush rehnewali Madhu ban gayi. Jab bhi wo tere paas hota hai tu kitni khush raha karti hai, teri har baat mein uska jikra hota hai, to humesha ussi ke bare mein baat karti hai...Madhu yeh...yeh pyaar hi hai..

Madhu silently thought whatever Rimjhim told her. All the scenes of her and RK's meeting went through her mind, how they became friends, how she is now missing him so badly. Madhu looked at Rimjhim, who smiled and said, "Madhu main jaanti hoon tu kya soch rahi hai, yehi na ki agar tere apne pyaar ke izhaar ke baad Rishab ne tujhe reject kar diya to?"

Madhu nodded her head in positive manner. Rimjhim placed her hand on Madhu's shoulder and said, "Tu ekbaar usse kehke to dekh, shayad wo haan keh de??"

Madhu shot her a smile and got up and ran out of the canteen. Rimjhim shouted, "Arre, tu itni barish mein kaha jaa rahi hai??"

M- Rishab se milne!!!!!

Madhu walked happily through the rain. The road was completely dead. She started dancing in the middle of the road.

BG- Kehte hai khuda ne iss jahan mein

Sabhi ke liye kisi na kisi ko hai

Banaya har kissi ke liye

Tera milna hai uss rab ka ishara

Mano mujhko banaya

Tere jaise hi kisi ke liye

Kuch to hai tujhse raabtaa, Kuch to hai tujhse raabtaa...

Kaise hum jaane humein kya pata, kuch to hai tujhse Raabta

Do humsafar hai, fir kya fikr hai??

Jeene ki wajah yehi hai marna issi ke liye...

 

Suddenly Madhu got a call. She saw that Rishab was calling her. She picked it up.

M- hello Rishab??

RK- Madhu main tumhare ghar ke bahar khara hoon, tm kaha ho??

M- Main raaste mein hoon, tum yaha aa gaye?

RK- Haan, aur maine socha ki tumse milta jaaun.

M- to ek aur kaam karo na pls...Highway ke right mein jo chota sa road hai jo sidha government hospital ki taraf jata hai, uss road pe aao.

RK- Madhu, tum bhi na mujhe kaha kaha fasa deti ho. Ek to mujhe tumse ek jaroori baat karni hai aur tum ho ki...theek hai tum wahi ruko main aata hoon.

Madhu kept the phone and jumped in joy. She started to think how she should be telling RK about her new found feeling. But she could not come up with anything. So finally she decided that she would be telling whatever her mind and heart will be making her speak.

RK arrived there on his bike and saw Madhu fully drenched dancing in the rain. The road was completely dead and he wondered if this girl has lost it. Although Madhu was doing all the stupid things, RK still kept drooling on her. Finally he went near her and pulled her by her arm.

Madhu looked at the fully drenched RK. She was about to speak something when RK put his finger on her lips and said, "isse pehle ki tum kuch kaho main tumse kuch kehna chahta hoon. Madhu jab main tumse pehli baar mila tha tab tak sab kuch normal tha meri zindagi mein par jaise jaise hum kareeb aate gaye, mujhe pata nahi kya hone laga, din bhar tumhare bare mein sochta hoon, humesha tumhe yaar karta hoon, pata nahi kya ho raha hai par jo bhi ho raha hai bohot accha ho raha hai, yeh ek ajeeb si feeling hai. Aur pichle saat ek pal bhi aaisa nahi gaya jab maine tumhare bare mein nahi socha. Humesha tum mere khayalon main rehti thi. Maine apne aap se kai baar poocha ki kyun mera tumse itna lagav hai and finally I got my answer...I...I...I love you  Madhu...main tumse pyaar karta hoon..."

Madhu was shocked. She never thought that whatever she was feeling will be expressed by RK. Rishab hugged her back tightly. Madhu lifted her face and both their eyes. Rishab slowly pecked at Madhu's lips. As he parted, Madhu slammed her lips on RK and this time both were engaged in a passionate and zealous kiss. They smooched each other terribly. The rain continued and the couple celebrated their new found love along with the rain...

1ST PART WAS FULL OF SUSPENSE AND MYSTRY..
2ND WAS SO CUTE... THE WAY THEY INVOLVED WITH EACH OTHER.. LOVED IT..
AND THE 3RD ONE... REALISATION.. HMMM.. TOO GOOD.. AND THE RAIN SEQUENCE... TRULY AMAZING DEAR..
