Well, body doubles in Kasam Se basically mean that Prachi Desai is not shooting with the rest of the KS team.

She is taking her exams, so she cannot make it to the sets of Kasam Se.

Therefore, they shoot Prachi Desai's parts separately, and later add them into the video. When Bani and Jai have to be in the same scene, however, they use someone else who's body structure is similar to Bani's as a replacement. (as a result, Bani's face is not shown, usually only her body double's back or hands, etc.)
