it seems like she likes n loves him but she is not accepting and not believing that she has such feelings for him

I think she just cares bout him as a friend but is surely affected by him! 😊

I think it's 2 earlier 2 say that she likes him. But I guess if DV success 2 proves his love 4 her & that he'll help her with the case, she will start 2 develop feelings 4 him...
