The eyeliner and mascara from my dresser came away floating towards me. I applied a bit of each and pulled on my new red boots, grabbing my heavy bags I
went downstairs.
I got seated on the dining table. My sister Tina was sitting on the chair beside me
having some waffles with syrup upon them and next to her was sitting My dad reading the newspaper. "Here's your breakfast Taani!" Mom handed me the blood bag. I started to drinking the blood even though I don't like the taste much but still I sipped along, on the corner of my eye I could see my mother and my 16 year old sister giving me funny looks.I frowned,
"What? You know I am a Vampire? Stop giving me those funny looks!"
"Didi, you look pretty hideous drinking from that bag you know right?"Tina exclaimed.
"Fine Tina, hand me your body so that I can have fresh tasty blood from your veins!!"
I said surely scaring her out,this girl makes me feel so odd.
"Taani!!" My parents called out.
"What, she's making me feel freakin odd!" I justified, no one here understand me.
"Tina! Stop staring at her..and have your waffles!" My Dad scolded while I sipped blood.
"Fine, Fine..I got it!" she chuckled bad and stuffed waffles in her mouth, I glared at her.
"Don't worry Tina, when you'll turn 18 you'll also turn a vampire like me!" I smirked.
"Oh! I got it covered,I will freeze the time by reading Maa's spell books! I'll be fine di!"
She showed her tongue, and I smirked bad.
"Not until, you know the secret spell to unlock the book!" and her jaw hit the floor bad.
"What?! Secret spell?! You know it?" and I nodded in agreement. "Ain't I right Mother?"
"Uh-Uh..I just made that thing to keep it safe from Taani, but I never knew she knows it"
My mother found for words, while my sister looked hurt. Oh you don't know this girl, it's a trick of her to melt Mom and Dad. She did practice hard on this,as she's pretty good.
"You two stop talking, and Taani have your blood bag fast or you'll be late!"
"Right! I just forgot!" And I hogged down all the blood in that bag quickly.
Yes, that's right. I'm a vampire..even though I hate it a lot.
I just got turned into a vampire (unwantedly) three years ago when I was eighteen.
I feel no good about being a vampire. My whole family is immortal. My Dad is a 112 years old vampire ( Phew, vampires don't look like they're that old so my dad looks
just like any normal dad of a 21 year old daughter) and my Mom is a wizard. So I'm a vampire which can cast spell like wizards also. And there my sister she's is not a vampire. She's a mutant having special abilities like she can read minds, control
elements, control weather, she has the power of invisibility, she can duplicate
herself, she has super fast speed and many more powers which I don't know.
See, my whole family is immortal. And we're not the only ones here, as per my
knowledge supernatural creatures have been living here from centuries.
This all just sucks for me! I really want to be a human again, just like I was.
"You done with the blood?" My mom said breakind my thoughts. I nodded.
"Now go get the bags and hop with dad in the car!" My mom said and I smiled.
Now in next few minutes I'll be leaving my crazy family to live with Swayam, my
vampire brother for my college!
Though he's vampire but he's the only one understanding me.
"Yeah!" I hugged my mom goodbye. "Take care darling! I will miss you a lot!"
"Me too Maa!" she hugged me tight. Though I was happy I'll be leaving but still I'm
gonna miss them. We finally pulled apart. "Hey Di!" my sister called me and I turned towards her. "Fetch him some of these!" she said and handed me a bunch of blood bags
"Seriously, you wanna remind him again that he's a freakin scary vampire?"
"Taani, not all vampires regret to be a vampire like you!" My dad said while picking my bags. "Cuz, I'm one of a kind!" I replied back. My parents exchanged a look between each other, it seemed very mysterious..soon I tried to use my powers to read thier brains
"Sweetie, we bet you're one of a kind!" Maa smiled at me, and my dad gave me a funny
look, "and yes stop reading our brains!" and we all chuckled badly.
I for the last time kissed everyone goodbye..including my teddy? Yeah Baby.
I hopped into the car with my dad and stole the last glance of the white house of mine.
So, here's a goodbye...not for the end but till we meet agaiN
