I doubt Ovi would have given up Pia to Arjun. Doubt Arjun would have married Ovi again and made a second life for himself. So the new girl must be adopted.
Stupid PR, the parents just cast aside Ovi without asking her details about the baby and the conception? Arjun, like Manav, made no attempt to make Purvi understand and has not been in touch for 20 years?
Is Ankita going to land a job in Arjun's office? That will give him a reason to contact the Dmucks.

didnt you people watch the episode, the girl is not pia and is not adopted by arjun either. she is the grandchild of the servent woman, who arjun treats like a daughter, she calls him papa, but they are not related, the girl is just a proxy daughter for him taking Pari place in his life.

Maybe the employee doesn't know.. maybe Arjun is wearing his wedding ring to Purvi.

Arjun said to his employee something like 'I think I saw a younger version of my mother in law' - so that's why the employee commented about married people often having such experiences.

I don't think he's married to Ovi. He probably never actually got divorced from Purvi (since she seems to have frozen him out with a total communications ban, sigh 😔☢️) and likely there will be a track about them still being technicallly married on paper 😛
