Didn't DV check all papers before submitting ?

We remember DV coming to their home on the Pugphere day to check cue file and papers.. didn't he see that contract was missing ?

DV is day dreaming too much and that is why his lawyer window is minimized and dukhi lover window is maximized

I guess it is flaw by CV to show his professional capabilities in poor light ...

Its a big mistake frm DV s side to show him being careless abt such an important contract paper.. his character s shown lyk a mature nd intelligent one.. so its hard to blv dat he missed to notice dat the paper is missing. Or ate they trying to convince by showig that he s too busy wd his love matters dat he forgot evrything else.. dats not soo DVishhh... He has to win that case for saachi at any cost.. if he or his family has something to do wd PE n as many predicted he was sent to panchgani wd sum motive then DV s character wud be spoilt without redemption!!!!! Truely wish nothing lyk dat happensss!!

o maybe its like dv trusts saachi way too much... aftr all she has always bn the responsible one...

Maybe he saw the photocopies and assumed she had the originals safe?

After all he had seen the originals the day Pradeep was creating a ruckus outside Saachi's house.

Still, it's negligent not to check papers beforehand.

Yesterday he seemed to be too distracted and conscious about his feelings for Saachi. They could have shown it in a better way. DV concentrating on the case keeping aside his inner turmoil. It was clearly evident on his face that he is upset and thinking only about her instead of the case. Why didn't he go through the papers again in the hotel room ? Anyway they have 15 days time. He will find a way out.

Agree, I think he was so disturbed by his feelings, his pain & Saachi's presence in the same room.

But still he could hv asked her b4 coming 2 Pune 2 clearly check all the papers, I think here cv's did a mistake!

Hope he'll found a solution now & hope they'll disocver that Pradeep has the contract paper...

and judge also
what is the logic! if the chance is given once cannot be given second time.
first time the chance was given fir different resean .

the contract 's duplcate may be available in registrar's office . If papers r lot court gives time to submit . and if with in given time if one cannot sumit the documates then the judge can make this statement.
100 accused can escape but not single innocent be punished . so one chance to produce documents is must .

Neither saachi nor druv checked before the papers.druv is in lover boy mode n not lawyer mode.its difficult for any human to not mix personal n professional lives irrespective of gender n here comes the experience to overcome it n make personal not affect profession. sr.lawyer given hand to sachi at last min n case hearing so close she is in not stable mode.both were not in stable mode n done mistake of not checking papers.cvs let lose to spice up story n all buildup leading to love confession of druv.

Hope atleast now DV puts aside his emotions and concentrates on winning the case. Hopefully Pradeep's wife will get back the contract for Saanchi. Let's see what the CVs have in mind.
