I was confused about that as well. But I guess from today's episode, it's evident that he's Amrit's biological son. But when you look at Ishaan, there's no way you can tell he's adopted! He fits in so well in the family and he's never been insecure. He's always smiling.

I was trying for the longest to figure out whether he had the same mother as Shraddha and the rest or if he was born after Amrit and Zorawar got married. But that would make sense...I can't believe it, the way he acts especially with Shraddha, with him being so protective with her I really thought they were blood related...but wow😲! He is really amazing I just love Ishaan!!😛😳

Ishaan is like 1 of the best characters of the show. He is amazing and loving towards all his siblings and Kittu.
Purposely did not mention Jaya because he loves annoying her. LOL
