Couldn't really read the whole post, but in case this is justifying Kushal's behavior for the whole gossiping incident, I have read all explanations before and here is my answer to each excuse.

1. No, he didn't bring out Armaan's true colors. All housemates (even if they pretended otherwise), have googled Armaan before entering the house and know his history. So have most audience members. They don't need to be enlightened by him.
2. No , he was not trying to warn Tanisha. If he wanted to warn her, he would tell her. How exactly was Tanisha being warned? Plus they were giggling when Andy made that sick joke about Tanisha being beaten up. That annoyed me the most. How was that funny?
3. No, it did not slip out of his mouth like Andy had a slip of the tongue. Andy said one word. Kushal went on and on and on for several minutes, despite being stopped by others. Here also he continued to snicker in the middle. I fail to understand how snickering continuously can be equated with slip of the tongue.
4. No one is saying that Armaan or Colors are not wrong. But that doesn't make Kushal right.
5. Moon Moon Dutta is Moon Banerjee, yes. But Armaan had been linked to another Moon Banerjee. Google Moon Banerjee and you will know who she is. And that Moon Banerjee is not doing Taarak Mehta
6. If he got the girls names wrong, he is an even bigger jerk, because that shows he is just a gossip who can malign people without checking his facts because for those few minutes, he felt little important as everyone's attention was on him, proved by his silly snickering.
7. Most importantly, if he got it right, he has brought forth news that was buried or unknown and hit it in these girl's faces, and that is just not fair. If they want to discuss it, they can do it on their own. He has no right.
