What cheating ??😆 Those who got hightest and second highest votes would be nominated...please do the math and see , BB is right , Prats ( she was 3rd highest - heaven side ) did not quality for the nominations and Andy ( he was 2nd highest - hell side ) qualified for the nominations regardless of same number of votes !!

... Yea I was surprised as well. I thought Pratyusha got 2 votes and I was waiting for Bigg Boss to call her name for the nominations but he did not 😕 ... strange.
