It's Charlie Chauhan who was last seen in [V] Best Friends Forever. She is also the girlfriend of Kunwar Amarjeet Singh ([V] Dil dosti dance fame) and they both grooved together in Nach Baliye season 5

She isn't Charlie, she plays Riddhima in BALH.

Sorry I don't know her name as it wasn't mentioned in any of the articles I viewed.
