Serious warnings aren't edited. It's serious both for them, inmates and published for the viewers. They don't want another misunderstood story of Armaan Ellie and complains for content. Colors wants the viewers to know, after that if they do anything, that's their responsibility and the channel will not be responsible for that. Colors have ensured that all stake holders of the program is aware of the warning. That's why it's serious.

Warnings given in private isn't of any use, if they violate, the channel will bear the wrath unnecessarily.
