On the eve of Dussehra Life OK'S show Mahadev celebrated this festival by showing Ravana Vadh by Lord Ram. It happens so that Mahadev agrees to narrate the story of Mata's ninth roop Sidhidatri'. In the Maha episode we saw how Lord Ram goes to vanwaas with Lakshmana and Sita. They wilfully live lives of ordinary saints when one day Ravana returns to take revenge from Sita. He kidnaps her and takes her to his lanka. Jatayu tries to help but is killed while showing his last gratitude to the Lord.

Hanuman who has Mahadev's blessings come to the same jungle where Ram and Lakshman are present. He realizes that his life is for Lord Ram's help and devotion. Lord Ram takes his help to fight a battle against evil Ravana. Lord Ram has blessings from Mahadev to win this battle. In the battle Ravana's vaddh happens by Lord himself and Sita is rescued from Lanka. They go back to Ayodhya to regain their empire.

This show has always got praises for its interesting tracks and this time too Mahadev's creative team deserve a pat on the back. They integrated Ramayana's story very well in Mahadev. Ram and Sita's story was well etched and actors also proved their mettle. Rubina as Sita and Piyush Sachdeva as Ram played their roles effectively.

Lord Mahadev played a pivotal role in Ramayana during Sita's abduction. The creative team of Mahadev serial played their cards smartly during this year's Dussehra week by showing importance of all nine roops of Mata and ending it with a high voltage drama of Ramayana track. Showing Ravana's vaddh was a good choice on Dussehra eve. Since earlier the Ramayana track was abruptly finished due to low TRPs of the show, this was the right time to bring back that loose end.

Somehow I feel this Maha episode should garner good numbers for the channel because it was a Dussehra weekend which means many families would have loved to watch this Mythological epic sequence at home.

Well, talking about the story track of Mata and Malla-Mani, so we can expect lot of drama to happen in the coming episodes as well. Malla and Mani will be worried as Aghori has successfully done everything to bring Mata back in her original roop. Mata will be out of yantra and she will be very angry at both of them. Malla-Mani will tell her that they did this all because of immense devotion they had for Mata. Mata will tell them that if they need any help she'll come for one last time but if they try to use their powers for such wrong deeds than she would disown them both.

We liked this Maha episode of Dussehra special in Mahadev and hope it goes well with the audiences too.
