even with the invitation, he could have hinted about their customs and expressed their expectation to have their SIL along with daughter and left the decision to Jalal rather than insisting on their arrival to complete the rituals. Maybe the lack of subtlety and diplomacy has to do with the water in Amer 😉

I have to admit I am not surprised at this turn of events. From what I read in this forum about Kapoor's tendencies, it seems to be the natural thing. A shame. Tokas, Kalsekar, and the actresses playing Javeda and Haminda Banu (in some of her dialogue) were doing well and this drama is not up to their level.
