Agree kumud never ever gave up on Saras subconsciously she has always been holding on him while consciously she made all attempts to move on

That white cloth was somewhat confusing by one view it was a symbol of saras comeback and along with him colours of life while by second view it was a representative of saras betrayal while some say she took it to put an end to saras chapter

Whatever !!! all i know is that at present its a symbol of saras comeback and that she is still as kori as that white cloth and i am waiting for saras to colour it with his love once again, just the way he colured it before going back :)

She never let go him. He was within her all this time which is why their physical togetherness was never necessary or important. She entered in to the first day of her so-called happily married life, it was meant to be a new beginning but not once did she let go of that white cloth. She needed Saras with her to give her that strength.

I'm sure her one line of repentance melted any anger everyone must have had towards Kumud. In her final moments, she was remembering Saras only. She was being punished for not listening to him.

When he wrapped both together, there was proximity and intensity but it wasn't meant to be about any romance. She was pleading guilty and seeking forgiveness even then. That was the beauty of the scene <3 It truly defined what Saras and Kumud mean to each other.
