Somehow, I have this idea, that most of Shahid's fans on IF are guys! Do you have Kajol's champagne colored eyes? I think when people have identical looking eyes, they tend to look very similar to each other, even if their face-cuts are different!

There was a very controversial article many years back in Time Magazine, that according to some genetic based survey, there are atleast 7 people in the world who resemble each other closely! Basically, every person on Earth has around 7 or so dopplegangers!

I find lots of celebrities looking like each other...like Madhuri has a striking resemblance to Madhubala...and Huma Querishi looks very similar to what Madhuri used to look in her Tezab days!

@Dexy, you do resemble Selena Gomez quite a bit!

Jake is a female?😲 Main toh use bhi ladka samjh rahi thi!😆 (I think it has to do with the usernames...Jake sounds like a aadmi wala username!)

I don't know why I made this assumption...just felt like that there were more male fans of Shahid on IF than females! The only ardent female supporter of Shahid I know of was NKapoor!

Shahid's fandom always amazes me...the most! I mean, lets face it, he has not given any big hits till now nor has he done any significant films...and he is not even a flamboyant person...you rarely get to know anything about his personal life! He doesn't sell it like many other actors!

So how come he has such a loyal fan following?

Vivah was a blockbuster film. Shahid's popularity obviously went up by a huge margin. From older to younger age groups. All got to know who Shahid was. My dad recently became a fan of his after watching Agal Bagal/Dhating Naach and R Rajkumar Trailer

Poppy..No yaar..I have just got plain black eyes..not sure why people find the resemblance..maybe the cheekbones & eye shape..😊

Whats there to be amazed by Shahid's fan following..he has got everything to attract people to him..his looks, physique, acting & dancing skills..his beautiful eyes..facial hair..I could go on & on..😛😆...

As an actor..Shahid is extremely versatile...Vishal proved that through Kaminey..Feels to me he has lots & lots more in him..& he will show us that through his work in future..

Also for a fan..Apart from physical attributes..we connect with something in the star's personality..

I think Shahid is very open & honest as a person..his expressions show how he is feeling..even in promotion interviews, you can get to know if he is feeling moody..😛😆 ..so he come across as vulnerable & in need of hugs..😳

He also comes across as a very disciplined person with very high standards..I myself lack discipline so I like that him..😛...and it feels to me that no matter how bad things go for him..he will never fall from those standards..his spirituality come across..

I became a fan of his when I saw how he handled himself after the Kareena breakup..& he has kept me hooked up since then..😳
