Aamir Khan buys sea-facing flat at Rs60 crores?

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has a new address. The actor has apparently bought the house at Carter Road in Bandra, where he was staying for last few months on rent. It seems the actor took a liking to the apartment and decided to buy it.
A Mid-day report says that the actor has allegedly bought the flat for Rs 60 crores. The flat is sea-facing, is 5,000 square feet and Spreadover two floors.
The actor had got his home in Marina Apartments at Pali Hill renovated earlier this year. In the meanwhile he shifted to this apartment at Carter Road for a monthly rent of Rs 10 lakh. Later he expressed a desire to buy the two-floor apartment to the owner.
Even Kiran Rao, Aamir's wife, has taken a liking towards this apartment as it is roomy, sea-facing and bright.
The report further says that Aamir wanted to buy the entire building where his Pali Hill flat is situated. However, since residents were not willing to sell their flats, Aamir had no option but to go for this apartment in Carter Road.
We hope that this new apartment is lucky for him.
