Asit Kumarr Modi's super successful show, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (Neela Telefilms) has become one of the most sought after serials for celebrities to promote their movie projects. As reported earlier, actor Akshay Kumar will also pay a visit to the Gokuldham society to promote his film Boss.
The story follows such that Patrakar Popatlal (Shyam Pathak) will attend a press conference for Boss, post which he will invite the actor to Gokuldham society. Occasion? The society members are all set to celebrate Navratri with dholkis and shehnais. However, the society members would be unsuccessful in setting up a dholki and shehnai for playing garba. Akshay Kumar will step in at that moment and offer help, hence, resolving the issue.
The actor will not only perform aarti and but also play garba with the entire cast of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah.
Post culmination of the shoot, an excited Disha Vakani who plays Daya on the show said, "This time we had decided to celebrate dandiya in a very traditional manner and besides the clothing, we also decided to get dholwala instead of a DJ to do garba. Akshay came to our rescue and brought in musicians from his event to help us celebrate."
As a thank you gesture, the actor taught Akshay the fine points of playing perfect garba.
