To appease the fans, so that the fans think the system works. Then I-F or whoever, can get back to doing what they were.
Now you tell me. How is it possible that Sanaya was not #1 on her b'day week, when the whole world was wishing her. But she is #1 now?
Yeah, I am glad that she is #1, but I don' trust this system anymore, nor am I going to be bothered if she is not #1 (and she won't be anymore, because whoever or I-F's job is done, now that the fans are saying the system works (but I don't concede and still say they are pulling the wool over our eyes...)
