It would be Asad who would create distance, not Zoya. Zoya might be returning despite Ayaan unwell OR thinking of returning after few days post Ayaan is OK , but Asad will announce his marriage to Tanveer. Thereby closing all the hopes. Asad has that nasty habit of hurting zoya and then running back to her apologizing. Trend will continue.

This time Asad may pretend to marry Tanveer and then give her the dhokas... But to keep Zoya safe, while he plans something against Tanveer, he might discourage Zoya from leaving SM.
