First I would like to know what happened to Sanchi's attempt to suicide case? Shiv ji settled it?

BTW, case can happen. Trouble will be there. But since the case is weak, Jagya can get out of it if he uses tact and gives all proofs/gawahi against Sanchi too.

Anandi should ideally tell truth in this case as it is. But I think she will only keep begging to Shiv and cry in silence.

The biggest thing that can go against Jagya are his reassurances to Shiv and Ira on and after engagement. Breaking engagement in Sanchi's ABSENCE. And marrying Ganga soon after. There was a discussion on it in some other thread today.

But since Jagya has not used or abused or had relation with Sanchi in any way, they can't incriminate him much.

Yes there are many things.

Time lag between break up of engagement and Sanchi's suicide. There is time lag between Jagya filling Ganga's maang and Sanchi's suicide too. Why did she wait all this long?

Sanchi's room was open.

Sanchi did not write any suicide note or something.

The above two things point out that she did not intend to die.

Throwing pot also shows she wanted to attract attention.

She was using "I will die" as EB even when she admitted her so called love for Jagya. It shows she was using such words and deeds to get her way.

She did not blame Jagya but immediately wanted to know his reaction to this news and even said she had felt he would come running to her. Why was she waiting for his reaction? It shows she had intent to attract attention only.

There are counts on which she can be questioned. Plus if anyone uses brains enough to think of those friends who visited Sanchi before all this happened then they can ask about their role too. Talk with them gave her idea. Her suicide attempt happened only after this meeting with friends.

Considering most of her stuff is indirect or done surreptitiously it will take tact to expose her and prove her case fake and weak.

Shiv should be sent to jail as he harassed anandhi mentally.
This show Is becoming so illogical day by day.

First they need to REMOVE Shiv from montage. He is not the LEAD. Secondly he is no different from that Shravan guy who tried to enter into anandhis life before. Because BV has to keep Shekars continuing in this show they have to keep throwing crap and bakwaas to viewers.

When Shekars are done with their story why can't they just disappear like phooli or some othet characters.

It is sad to see when jaggiyya is going in the right path everybody still want to pull him to the wrong side.
Jaggiyya should have slapped shiv ira and saanchi, if he is going to jail no matter what. Atleast Shekars could have had stome case over jaggiyya. LOSER SHEKARS...

If Sanchi decided to commit suicide because she failed her MBA would Shiv send the examiner to jail?

Ofcourse he can do it ... bcoz he is in power...problem toh un logo ko hoti hai jin ka koi relative power main nahin hai...unke toh murderes bhi aaraam se jeete hai...this is a true face of India...people die in wait for justice to happen ...politicians or officers in power send innocents to jail or kill them...nobody cares...disgusting but true...
