john abraham’s movie water

john came to big boss as guest 😛. for those of you who want to know, john's movie water was nominated for oscars. but it didnt win . water was an amazing movie that left me in daze and i was little shocked. the ending really left me in a thought of shock. i dont know whether those customs that were depicted in movies are still practised today or not but it was one great movie. at least it made it through oscars which is a great thing unlike filmfare which is kind of biased, water was not even nominated in filmfare, movies like dhoom 2 in which hritik took the cake 😛 and ash and abhi were also nominated 🤢 🤢 🤢 and KANK🤢 🤢 🤢were given too much importance. its high time that they should give some recognition to movies like water, dor, malamaal weekly. hope to see john in other forthcoming movies.

hmm Raunaq, you are right - yesterday I was watching NEWS where VVC (Vidhu Vinod Chopra) was having a talk with the viewers on phone who had just came out of the cinema hall - few good things he said about Indian Cinema that movies like RDB, Black, Lagaan are few films that can take Indian movies to Oscars, where only noticeable & good-scripted movies are being nominated around the world - other than this Indian Films are mostly based to LOVE stories and such useless projects which can make only profit but not name in the global cinema

IMO One believe in Quality rather than Quantity or money-making projects 🤢 which usually KJo & Yash Chopra do

his movies like Mission Kashmeer, Parinda, MB-MBBS1 & 2 are applaudable & even Ekalavia is written by keeping in mind the international standard of film making 👏

i thouhgt the film fare awards wer not fair lastnight especially wen hritik won the award for best actor dhoom 2 i really thought amir deserved it for rang the basanti.....

well water being nominated for oscar's is a winner in it's self 👏 👏

this movie was banned in india? never knew that

actually it was not banned.. but cos of some political parties it was difficult to show it in India...

i missed the whole awards but thanx for sharing 😛 i heard that film did really well from some people still have to see it for myself 😛

there was too much room for movies like KANK and entertaining movies like dhoom 2 even aish was nominated for it 🤢 🤢 🤢 but movies like dor and water are just swept under the carpet

so true ajay devgan or amir had done better job, abhishek and ash are getting phokat ka publicity with ash giving the award to abhi 😆 😆 😆 kank was such a bogus movie, that movie was shown as one of the greats movies of the year 🤢 🤢 🤢

amirs role was challenging and he did was a very good job according to my view but fanaa was on ok movie, yes kank was such waste 😆 😆 😆
