Exactly sanchi should be questioned first . I really m surprised to see shiv being educated and with so much maturity has lost it these days. What he is speaking out of emotions towards his sister doesn't have anything correct. Simply he is blaming jagiya for every thing.

I am hoping jagiya will show everyone his peace of mind and bring sanchi truth in front of their own family members. Enough he had from shiv family. He has to stand strong on his decision and tell everyone that he did nothing wrong.

If it's the Jiah Khan case there were reasons for the arrest as the actions of the accused played a direct role in the suicide. There was an action on part of the accused which caused the lady in question to feel compelled to take her life

In this case, yes I agree that with this precedent a case can be filed but it would be a very weak one as there are no circumstances deeming this arrest logical. Any sensible judge would throw it out of court. As per the definition of abetment he cannot be convicted as there is no positive act on his part to lead to the suicide. It was a definition taken by Sanchi and Sanchi alone under no mental or physical pressure by Jagya

On a side note,I hope a really smart judge will be up and he will end up in bringing out all of Sanchi's misdeeds. it would be wonderful to watch Sanchi sweat in court and the Shekhars and Sumitra finding out that their laadli has been duping them the whole time
