Gawd!
case hs to be filed against sanchi cuz its suicide.
Its a crime.. No one has right to take thr life..

Guys don't u think sanchi s mentally ill?

I would definately say that sanchi is mentally ill because she self harmed to get attention from a guy who has now clearly said he's not interested in her, who in their right mind does that? But shekkars are misunderstanding it as suicide attempt they don't realise how low their daughter has gone to try get jagya back.

oh! Yes, Suicide attempt karne wale ko bhi jail hota hai. Then lets see if sanchi also goes to jail or in BV kanoon only Jagya will go to jail for abetment charge!

Abatement is contentious here, though Jagya is in bad situation. Luckily, he broke this rishta in front of the family. So entire family has to lie in order to send Jagya to jail. He did not blame Sanchi, He did not blame any member of the family. His mistake of assuring Ira and Shiv will hit him back very hard...

Yes attempt to commit suicide is a crime in India. Tabhi toh police case tha for docs.

Shiv's talk about so called defamation suit against Jagya is lame. Kuch ni hone wala. But yes he can get Jagya in trouble if he decides to reopen his old cases (Jetsar-Jaipur ones).

Collector saab will "take care" of this case against Sanchi using his position. 😆

suicide is non punishable and sanchi unless he recovers cannot be in custody. J can go to custody but he will not have jail. But jagya and ganga made for each other both lock up ki hawa kha chukka, now aji needs to be in lock up bcz shiv was already there.

Attempt to Suicide IS punishable is India. It is punishable by a year's jail sentence and fine. Sanchi will be recovering as she took such great care to commit suicide in a recoverable manner.🤢Unless Shiv Bhaiyya exerts his magical wings Saanchi is going to jail

Abetment of suicide
"Abetment involves a mental process of instigating a person or intentionally aiding a person into doing a thing. Without a positive act on the part of the accused to instigate in committing suicide, conviction cannot be sustained"- Court definition
Clearly the Shekhars are bonkers to even think of convicting Jagya because none of this is applicable. CV's kindly stick to facts

Exactly sanchi should be questioned first . I really m surprised to see shiv being educated and with so much maturity has lost it these days. What he is speaking out of emotions towards his sister doesn't have anything correct. Simply he is blaming jagiya for every thing.

I am hoping jagiya will show everyone his peace of mind and bring sanchi truth in front of their own family members. Enough he had from shiv family. He has to stand strong on his decision and tell everyone that he did nothing wrong.

Shiv did not misuse his power and hide the suicide attempt from police. He told the doctor he will inform the police and they will take the case into action. Here saanchi will be blamed too for committing suicide.
