Supernatural's' Jensen Ackles previews a sense of solidarity' between the Winchesters

Supernatural star Jensen Ackles previews what fans can expect of the Winchesters going into season 9.

This Facebook exclusive video rounds out promotional videos from the main four members of the Supernatural cast.

"We're dealing with an element now that we've never had to deal with," Ackles says in reference to the falling angels of the season 8 finale. "There's no book, there's no journal that really tells them how to deal with this kind of stuff."

Going into season 9, Ackles says, "The brothers are back on each other's good side. They're obviously stronger together than they are apart."

In the season 8 finale, Sam and Dean "chose each other over closing the gates of Hell, and I think that that sends us into season 9 with a sense of solidarity between the two of them," Ackles previews.

"The relationship between the brothers is really the thing that keeps this ball rolling. Whatever situation you put them in, whatever story you surround them with, that's really going to be the crux of everything that goes on," Ackles continues.

"So I think that if you relate to these two characters and their relationship with one another and their relationship together with the world and, you know, that's all you need."
