Raashi/Abhilasha????malkin of WM

When did maasi made Ranveer malik( Owner of WM)?

Couple of days ago when Abhilasha starts showing her attitude to Tony she tells him that she is the malkin now. Also why does Rashi is the one who decides what the menu is going to be & carrying the keys( which Abhilasha takes away.

I thought Bani who is only Walia is malkin & that too proclaimed by St. Billo who controls that house as per late Krishna Walia's power of atterny.Why doesn't Bnai carry the keys & control the house post Dubai phase.That's what made Pia go after her isn't it?

Anyone explain this?
