I watched the maha episode last night..
Okayji, it goes like this..Sameer's sister is not Revathi nor Anuradha but it's Sharda. She is an unseen character in this series who suffers from a cysts in the heart. Sameer's father was in desperate state of finance after her inlaws refuse to finance her medical cost hence he approached Mdm Mano for help and she took this opportunity to blackmail him.
Sameer's family know Sharda is ill but little did they know that Sameer's dad turned to Mdm M for help.

Ironically Ive answered my own question that I initiated in this forum on Who is Sameer's sister..
