The previous(jagya- anandi) marriage is child marriage and gauri will have full coveted power under hindu code bills proving that she is married earlier to that person which wa nullified and after reaching 18, they decided to start off. Like anandi's child marraige will be legal when they dont appeal after reach adult age. In India, laws are more lineage to women,(to protect them from vile men few centuries ago). Some laws are really ridiculous like if a man is in illegal relationship with another mans wife, he gets severe punishment and the wife will walk away free. I still cant understand why that was??😕
