Cvs cleared in the serial through Bhairo conversation with Dadisaa that Jagya Gauri marriage was illegal so divorce is not needed for them to get Jagya married again Jagya Ganga's marriage is 100 percent Legal now

The thing is Jagya married Gauri when he was still married to Anandi. So that makes his marriage to Gauri bigamous and therefore null and void. He then divorced Anandi legally
His breakup with Gauri happened before he could marry her legally
So he is now a divorcee who is legally free to marry again

People were saying Gauri and Jogia's marriage was invalid because they didn't wait for 30 days well lo and behold! This marriage in that way becomes illegal too. In serials they don't show wait for 30 days! So we just have to believe its legal anyway. However, Jogia ONCE AGAIN has not checked with any legal professional over this marriage. As far as I'm aware he would definitely have problems if Gauri decided to take him to court.
