DV is walking down in the lane when he sees two men walking away and going to car inside which liquor is kept. They both start drinking and DV sees that one of them is Rishi and the other is Pradeep. Rishi asks Pradeep why has Sanchi not served drinks to guests. They both start talking and Pradeep asks Rishi to marry Sanchi and take her away as she is a fool to have taken up a fight with Prithvi Enterprises.
Inside everyone is gathered and talking. Rishi and Pradeep come inside and DV also come and tells about how Rishi was drinking outside cheating everyone. Sunil's mom gets angry and says how dare he talk about her brother like this. and who the hell is he to talk like this. DV starts to speak, but Sunil's father also interrupts and asks him to shut up and say he too had enough of his talks. He is a neighbour and should remain a neighbour only and not try to be a relative. Nani starts to defend him, but Sunil's parents are adamant and say that he is going on making mistakes from day 1 and Sunil's mom says that she does not want this guy to be a part of her son's wedding. She then tells Sanchi to throw DV out of the house if she wants this marriage to take place.
Sanchi is confused and Nani, Ajji and Dilz too are feeling bad. DV starts leaving himself and Sanchi wants to stop him, Rishi sees that and tries to be an opportunist and says that DV will not go anywhere. He then tries to talk to Sunil's mom saying that DV was just clearing his doubt, and then he tells DV that he does not drink in front of his Didi and Jijaji and that DV should have come to him first and talk. He then asks everyone to play Antakshari but DV is extremely sad and Sanchi too is sad. He leaves from there and Dilz follow him.
At house, Dilz talks to DV and asks what's wrong. DV asks her if she too has come to tell him that he was wrong. But Dilz say that no he was right, but Rishi was also right. DV says no he is a liar and he is not the right guy for Sanchi and she deserves someone better and special. Dilz says why is he so upset, and tries to tell him that Rishi is the best guy for Sanchi but she is not understanding why is he so worried. DV is far from convinced.
Sunil's family start leaving and his mom asks Sanchi to tell about her decision regarding Rishi also tomorrow. Sunil tries to thank Sanchi for her hospitality, but Meena says that being the Son-in-law of this house, its his right. Rishi tries to apologize to Sanchi, but she thanks him for managing everything. he tries to again push over, but seeing Sanchi perplexed jokes. DV is upset seeing this. Sanchi and family go inside and Sanchi sees DV in the balcony all gloomy. Sanchi too is confused how to react when Nani calls her inside and she leaves. DV keeps standing there sadly.
Once inside, Prachi says that DV almost ruined everything, but Nani says that he was doing all this for their welfare only. But Prachi says what if things had gone awry and Ajji says, when they have not gone awry, then why think about that? Addu gifts Prachi a phone and Prachi for the first time get emotional and says that she would miss everyone. 🥱 (of course she will, when she will fail to keep in line with Sunil's mom rules and regulations)
The family have an emotional moment. Next morning, DV comes home and tries to apologize Sanchi that a lot of trouble might have happened because of him, but Sanchi says that but nothing happened. DV says maybe he should not have said all that and if she is upset with him, Sanchi says she isn't. Sanchi says that he should rather apologize to Rishi and that had he been not there yesterday, then things could have surely gone awry. He leaves from there and on his way out sees Sunil's mom and sister and he greets them, but they walk past him. Then Rishi comes and greets him with a hello, and Rishi apologizes. Rishi says that no need for sorry and rather he should keep making such mistakes as that would make a good impression of his own self on Sanchi. DV gets shocked hearing this.
Deepa is getting Sanchi ready, but in hurry she ends up leaving her hair loose and Rishi seeing that compliments her. Sanchi feels awkward, but DV feels that Sanchi has deliberately let her hair loose because Rishi had asked her to do so last night. Inside Prachi's Haldi ceremony is going on and Sanchi is crying silently. DV sees that and imagines putting Haldi on Sanchi's face and she applying Haldi back on his face. They share an intense eye lock in DV's dreams and just then Addu comes and brings DV to present. Sanchi sees DV standing in a corner and actually goes and applies Haldi on his face to cheer him up and he does the same to her and they share a laugh. DV caresses the cheek where Sanchi touched him. Mugdha comes and collides with Rishi and he kept on touching her on excuse of removing Haldi from her face. DV sees that and gets shocked.
Precap: Sunil's mom telling Nani that they should have Roka of Sanchi and Rishi tomorrow itself, but Nani says that they should ask Sanchi first.
