Similar tasks in BB6 & BB7

OK this time many ppl are disgusted by the tasks given by BB and dat was my first reaction also. But in retrospect BB6 to had somewhat similar tasks.

1. The gobar one - in BB6 too der was the gobar task where Niruha and Sapna had to collect all d gobar from the bathroom sinks...though the Ratan task was undoubtedly more gross.

2. Ther haircut task - where Mink got her hair chopped and she too was crying the whole time.

3. The shock task - in the final week the captaincy task where the contestants had to traverse through a maze of wires having current passing through dem.

4. Also some other gross task in BB6 which hasn't been yet performed yet was the eating tasks.

I think there was also the making dung cakes task for the village people which they had to do for two days at a stretch. But putting your hands in gobar and applying it all over yourself and lying in it for over an hour is two different ball games.

Again in the maze task when was aware of the risk and with precaution one could overcome it whereas here by its very definition the amount, duration and time-gap of shocks was very arbitrary. The person in the chair did not know when the shock would be administered and for what duration.

Again I think that had a strong minded person been called for the task their reaction would've been different. Pratyusha is a very timorous person and lacks physical courage. As Gauhar rightly analyzed Ratan or Kamya would have borne it much better.

Hair cut task - I don't think it was such a big deal - these people are actors after all and have recourse to wigs, switches and the like

Yes agree that the intensity of the tasks is much more...but IMO we as viewers r repeating a little OTT way, when the housemates themselves, though not fine r ok wid it. Anyways I have said dis b4, tht all those past 6 season contestants must be thanking their lucky stars tht dey did those seasons, coz I think now all seasons will be more challenging and worse.

And they promised us all this WOW stuff. How unoriginal.
