Shahrukh Khan and Sonu Nigam Combo

It was a pleasant surprise to hear you sing for SRK in the Lux ad. What would it take to get that combination back on the big screen?

It would take the producer's and the director's intelligence and foresight! They are losing out on a great combination. At this point in life, it would be unfair to my talent, profile and fans to complain ki yeh gaana mujhe nahin mila. Jo mere kismat mein hai woh mujhe milega.

I've seen the huge outcry on Facebook and Twitter after Jab Tak Hai Jaan. People were lambasting the makers, which I, of course, don't approve of. They must have had their reasons for not using me for Jab Tak.... It just makes me happy that people love me and this combination so much that there was this outcry. Of course, aisa nahin hai ki it affects anyone. (A.R.) Rahman is a nice guy. If some composer decides to recreate this magic in future, it will happen.

Hope they make come back from farah khan new film as she used Sonuji for srk in main Hoon Na and Om Shanti Om as well :) would want Udit Naryan on Shahrukh back as well :) missing the on screen magic which they created with Shahrukh Khan

Not related to topic but Sonu is a true maestro

Sonu is the best and most versatile singer in Bollywood today. Its really sad he is sidelined. But I also feel he brought it upon himself by getting into acting. I remember in an awards ceremony where he won the best singer award Sonu made some arrogant comments that he hopes he gets best actor soon blah blah blah. SRK was hosting that ceremony and got annoyed and he responded with some sarcastic comments. After that I think SRK hasnt preferred that Sonu sing his songs.

naa that might me part of joke as Srk and Sonu are very dear friends infact he sings for srk in shows like in IIFA 2013 he sang suraj huwa madham and SRK was lypsing it ...and there was a yash chopra tribute recently he sang there too for SRK ...i think its upto music director which singer they need to put ... Sonu and Rehman had some problem back den i guess dats why he didnt given songs of Jab tak hai jaan to sonu... specially SAANS main tere...it was sonu kind of song a every Music review page have mentioned dat rehman have chosen wrong singer mohit chahuan as he cant express the feelings ...Sonu should have been utilized here

I love Sonu Nigam.. he sings so few songs these days, but the ones he does are so wonderful. I just cannot get over 'Abhi mujh mein kahin'.. what a singer!!
