Shiv and Ira are behaving with anandi like that because anandi allows them to do so.

anandi allows them to do so because she believes that at any cost she should support sasra as she will not allow her individual ego to break up an institution she holds dearly to her heart.

Even dadisa will not approve if anandi behaves like a normal modern bahu who wont take all this nonsense and walks out in a huff.

So we have to accept anandi as she is and just watch the tamasha.

Same with ganga. Ganga wont open her mouth even if sumitra insults her to the hilt. And Jagya wont approve if ganga starts to open her mouth and answers back. And ganga is a spirited person unlike anandi but unfortunately her marriage to Jagya wont allow her to walk out in a huff. She will be the eternal ideal bahu who will swallow insults for the sake of her husband and just cry. We have to accept her as she is and watch her cry.

you are right...everyone appreciates the bahu who keeps quiet...tolerates every rubbish and keep their serviced to sasra on...the moment bahus like Gauri, who has guts to speak for herself, come they start bashing and calling them names 😭

In Ganga's case I actually prefer that she not reply back to Sumi. What Sumi said yesterday was not a logical argument to be replied back to but the senseless vulgar ravings of a mad woman. It is actually better that Ganga does not reply to it but instead walks away. Though I wish she had done that on her own without Dadisa asking ( uh..ordering) her to. That would have been independant. leaving because somebody else orders you to is bowing down

In Anandi's case she has a valid argument. They are blaming her for not warning them, she did warn them. Tell that to their face , find her spine which has miraculously disappeared and tell Shiv that she was not his charity case. She is a strong independent woman who was the topper of her batch, she can go to Khajan Saab's house and start her own life. Or ignore the Shekhar ravings and continue at KB with her own activities.

I dont think Ganga will always listen these cheap cumments from Sumi quitly...uske sahne ki ek seema hai one day she will answer back to Sumi but ofcours not disrespectfuly.

Every serial is exactly the same. Only the antagonists are more strong than our leads. they are moer smarter and easily trick the leads.

Here only sanchi can speak. she is the only one who has every right. few days back she (when anadhi's father visited udaipur) told Anandhi its her house. and later during teej when anadhi saying something about BH again she claimed BH is her house and not Anadhi's. i just wondered where does anadhi belong?

Ira knows anandi's goodness but does not want to accept it. On the otherhand Ira thinks her sanchi's badness is bachpana Why cant Ira see anandi's so called mistakes as bachpana? She is also somebody's daughter.

In Ganga's case, sumitra is testing her patience. Once ganga's patience breaks out, even Jagya wont be able to stop it. Ganga is a sensitive girl and she is capable of taking impulsive decisions if demanded. Hope CVs show ganga's this side which will be interesting and add extra dimensions to her character.
