Scold me, beat me, banish me, seems to be jagya's attitude.

Jagya was stoic. He took everything on his chin and not retaliated violently.

They all shouted at him slapped him, insulted him, threw mud on him.

Only anandi silently empathised but could not open her mouth as the situation was taken over by unreasonable people. When fools talk, better to keep a discreet silence.

I was disappointed by Bhairon's behaviour but he was also in anandi's position more or less.

Ira asked singhs, maafi maangne se kya hoga? What did she mean? Did she want all of them to beat Jagya and disown him permanently?

Ganga is the proverbial Cinderella whom the prince marries.

Ira's own son had indulged in pre marital sex and her daughter also was not averse to have pre marital sex with Jagya even before engagement. Her son Shiv also was actively wooing a girl without her knowledge. Her children are no saints.

I did not say it is crime, Sheets. I said her children are no saints. I included Mahi as he belongs to the family. If Shiv has a right to fall in love, why not ganga?

Yes, shiv is not like others. Only recently he is becoming clueless.
I always held Shiv and Bhairon as ideal. But shiv's recent behaviour disappointed me.

hema, wooing is not a crime. But in Ira's eyes, ganga loving Jagya is a crime.

I appreciate you for showing boldness to write this. Mahi is Meenu's son by the way. I thought Shiv was more reasonable and understanding. Ira's name should have been Irratic. There are some people who never accept their mistakes and blame others only to cover up their mistakes. Shekhars have shown their true colours and standard. LOL. Its better Jagya stays alone with Ganga.
