think about it, if the maulavi sahab understood that the nikah was invalid then the whole fiasco would have been avoided! everyone tried to prove that the nikah is invalid! but the maulavi sahab did not budge! he was all ready with the nikah naama and all!! seriously why is gul khan making her viewers hate maulavis??

No not actually, She is trying to bring out the corrupted Maulvis of India, who will never accept their mistakes. It is a common practice, for example a doctor never admits his mistake or his fault it is the patient's but the families who is always at fault.

She did a great attempt to bring this serious and sensitive issue out, cause this is truly happening, in a county like India.

i think with qubool hai she is trying to bring out the wrong-doings in a society.and this all is a part of it.there are some maulvis and pandits and such people who care just for 'religious activities' and not how it affects a person.she is just showing a face of society.

I agree with Ankie aka MissHumptyDumpty this is a common practice in India recenty during this whole Delhi rape convicts punished fiasco. I read this report of western U.P. that a Muslim women was raped by her Father-In-Law and when she reported the matter to village panchayat or Muslim Council there (IDK exactly) The corrupt maulvis and other so called religious memberaan nullified her marriage to her husband and proclaimed that she is now his mother and her FIL's wife. This shows how religion is vulnerable to corrupt bodies who use it to their gain.
