Nice prologue

Chapter 1

She wanted to go, run n thrash herself into him...
But didn't!

She wanted to cry her heart out in front of him...
But didn't!

He turned to face Misha, but accidentally, their eyes met... She looked into his hazel, sparkling eyes... They still contained that charm in them... Still emitted the same emotions, same feelings for her-HATRED!

She couldn't take it anymore. Her throat was aching like hell! She knew, she wouldn't be able to hold back her tears any more...
Her body was giving up slowly-
First her hands-The champagne glass came down crashing...
Then her knees-With a thump, she fell on a couch...
Finally her heart-She broke out...!

She cried...As if no one notices!

She cried...As if no one gets affected!

She cried...As if there's no tomorrow!

Her body shivered... She cried vehemently... But no one-JUST no one amongst the hundreds present in the gathering, bothered to check what was wrong...!

She cried and slept there-On a Couch of a Banquet Hall...

She woke up hearing a familiar shrill sound. Opening her eyes, found herself in her bed-at home!
Her attention was drawn to her screeching mobile phone...

"Who the hell wants to piss me at 3 in night !!" She yelled, and reached over to her phone...

The caller ID read-*SoulMate*.

It was him !!

Yes, it was his no. saved under the title of soulmate'.
As, according to what she had anticipated as their future, in past, they could have surely be termed as soulmates'...

She picked it up, n let out a sigh...

"It's 3 o'clock!"
"Hmm... I know! Tell me about things which I don't.."

His soothing voice n twisted riddle-like statements made her go down the memory lane, which always, always n always made her weak!!

"Be exact! I don't waste time on strangers.."
"'Strangers' hmm? Sounds interesting. But... When did it happen?" He was as cool as ever.
"It never happened.. It was this way ever since!"
"Will u stop taunting for goodness' sake!"
"U began it! In fact, u've begun everything.. Always!"
"Kria please! Enough is enough!"
"Exactly! It has been hell more than enough for me!"
"I suppose u haven't forgotten my name..?" He spoke irritated..
"But I do..."

There came a deathly silence. She thought about it,

'Finally I made him weak.. Finally made him go mum..! But, did I want this? I mean.. Waited in desperation for five years for "THIS"??
No.. But there we were! My wants, my anticipations, my requirements had never ever held good..! They were always kicked off by his decisions!'

"I suppose u wanted to know something?" Coming out from her thoughts, she finally spoke..
"Just leave it! U clarified everything without even letting me voice it.." He gritted his teeth.
"Okay great then!"
"Ohh... Hang on! When did THIS' happen?"
"What?" She really couldn't decipher..
"Madam Miss. Anxious, always eager to know things-turns as calm as never before!"
"People change!"
"Ahh... Of course! No may I ask?"
"As u wish!"
"In the party.. Ur outbreak, was not related to me, right??"
"What do u think?"
"Umm.. I got my Avantika'.. So expectedly, u must have got ur Avinash', or something!"

It was her turn to freeze..! Why couldn't this guy exist without his goddamn "Avu"!
"Unfortunately... I didn't!"

She screeched n disconnected the call. It was already 3:30 of night, n sleep was nowhere near..!

She opened her lappy n logged-in to her Facebook account. Opened the bookmark-Avantika Rai'.

"No doubt u r a sweetheart! But... Being his fiance, u r officially my RIVAL!!" She whispered looking at her pic...
