Well, the reason is because Jodha (Paridhi Sharma) wants to be part of the Holi festivities. And she requests Akbar (Rajat Tokas) to grant permission to the entire kingdom to celebrate Holi. As a result of this, the people in the kingdom will get to celebrate the occasion with zest and fervour.

Says Paridhi, "How can anyone complain when offered a chance to play Holi in September? As actors, we rarely get a chance to celebrate many festivals. So when the rare occasion arises to celebrate it on-screen, we make the most of it."

"It has been so much fun shooting for this sequence. It was like a week long celebration. The cast and crew really got into the spirit of Holi while some even made thandai. We hope viewers have as much fun watching it as we had while shooting for the same," she adds.
