Investigation in progress:
Jodha is in the same yellow costume and Jalal is in the orange color kurta (sword fight encounter today) in SBS pictures today. I am thinking the whole suicide drama happened before the Meena Bazar.
What could provoke a strong lady like Jodha to suicide??
- May be Ruqu spread the word about Jodha leaving for Amer and Jalal yelled at Jodha for not keeping it to herself as he had requested
- Jodha decided not to go to Meena bazar and Jalal somehow found out about it. He goes and lectures and insults her again.
Whatever the reason I can't believe that Ekta would make a historical figure like Jodha commit suicide. I so hope this spoiler is wrong.
The other SBS we saw where Jodha applies the color to white dupatta, in that scene both looked more civil without fireworks.
The white dupatta scene is pleasant between them because:
Jalal saves Jodha from drowning and Jodha the drama queen tells him that he did not even let her die in peace. She will be a disgrace to his family because of his asking her to go away to Amer. That's when Jala might scream and get some sense into her head. He might tell her that he had given her the option to stay back and he meant it. He had no objection in her staying back, she is the one who kept saying wants to go back immediately. Why did she not tell him that this is not an option for her and blah blah blah.
