Someone did tell me about the same writes of NBT...and yes amazing similarities..but there is a warmth between the characters that draws me in..Waise I heard it is going to have an AIDS track😕

I'm spoilt on Ashnoor (little Nanhi)...she was too fab...Reem has always just been a poor substitute and a pretty TYPICAL type of child actor...Ashnoor was a class apart.

Ulka is really good but then she isn't really a child technically anymore, is she?😆

Yes, the warmth b/w the characters I also liked...the mother-daughter equations...and the writing is quite natural...the dialogues too...everyday conversations without melodrama...it even shows in Shruti-Sanjay's friendship...the whole "yaar" vibe b/w them...a rare refreshing one on TV...ofcourse he will end up marrying her anyways😆

AIDS track? Hain? Where will they fit that in?😕...As in the dead husband had AIDS? Woah😕

Another Gulaal reference...did you notice who the director for the first two-three weeks of epis was?😛

Yes ofcourse the storytelling here is not in the same intense drama mould as Gulaal...but yeah Saachi reminds me of Gulaal too in that she feels she knows best😆...the byproduct of shouldering so many responsibilities since an early age...kinda similar to what happened to Gulaal...and the fact that she has a tendency to start MOTHERING everyone...it's an extension of her basic caring nature...having become so used to taking care of everyone...even her elders...it's become instinctual for her now to care for and shoulder the responsibility for anyone she starts to like a bit...which is what has happened in the case of DV too.

Yes I loved the baal baandhne wala moment too...actually I love in general how Saachi will say a lot of things with so much sweetness and dignity, taking the sting out of a rejection also...which is why the Ganpati epis were so jarring given how overboard she went with the aarti and prasad snubs.

Yeah I liked yesterday's scene...didn't make a post but posted in another thread about it...lovely scene that was.

The simplicity of the show is touching my heart...Saachi's characterization...how BEAUTIFULLY she handles everything...her scenes with her grandmothers, her vulnerabilities that she tries to hide and be strong for everyone...I like how it's all slowly unfolding as DV's presence grows in her life...Sangeeta is doing a fab job...I don't understand why some ppl dislike her so much😕😆

@ BOLD brilliantly PUT nothing to add..👏👏👏
BTW I Love Sangeeta..I think people have become so addicted to AVERAGE acting unhe kuch bhi classy jachta nahi..I think she is PERFECT as SAACHI😳
WORD ABOUT those on your face Ganpati episodes..The only bits I liked was the Visarjan..How effortlessly DV switches over to the role of male of the family!! It was simple so beautiful👏👏👏
