What I liked today was only Jalal:
- Jalal's apology was commendable, he is a man of character and complete shenshah material! He not only admits his mistake but wants to make up for it by fulfilling Jodha's most desired request. He even understands that Jodha's freedom could mean loneliness for entire life, but wants her to decide as he feels she shouldn't have to live with a man that she hates. How much thought and consideration Jalal has put into this act is beyond Jodha's understanding. He is the king and knows this freedom of Jodha could make him a laughing stock. But, he is a man of confidence and does the right thing only.
- Jalal's smile was so adorable when he caught Jodha changing her clothes. He immediately turns over even though he is her husband, shows how much he respects women. Jodha as usual does not notice and acknowledge any of his good acts.
- Jalal's request to almighty to give him the strength to punish the culprit - that whole scene had a serenity around it, well executed scene
- Huge thanks to Ekta for not dragging the duplicate MA track to end of week
- Jalal's complete trust on his badi ammi is just mind blowing. It shows how loyal and grateful Jalal is to people that he cares about. He further investigates so that he does not make the same mistake he made with Jodha. Only to find out about MA's planted duplicate. I wonder what the duplicate tells tomorrow when Jalal questions her.
What I would have liked:
- Jodha to not be so self centered and blame her fate every time. She fails to see the positive side of Jalal. I agree that in those times divorce was not something a Hindu stri would go for and we know Jodha would not either. But, she did not even realize that this gesture of Jalal meant he was granting her innermost desire of freedom.
- Moti should have may be mentioned to Jodha to see the change in Jalal
- Whole drama of duplicate MA was boring and wish Ekta was little more creative than using a ghisa pita over used track
Precap: MA overconfidently admits to Jodha that she is the culprit. She is a fool as MA had earlier admitted that we should fear people like Jodha as they have nothing to lose. Jodha is now going to always be on alert when MA is involved
My guess:
- MA may be promised something huge to duplicate family that she is ready to sacrifice her life for it
