We are lean, not because we eat less. But, because, our metabolism rate is high and whatever we eat gets converted to energy. We have seen people who consume food in large quantity and yet remain lean. But many obese people consume less food, but they keep accumulating fat. So it is not the amount of food that is consumed that matters, but the type of food, the body metabolism rate and the amount and type of exercise a person does. The obesity may be because of side-effects of certain medicines. Such medicines reduce body metabolism and store the carbohydrate as fat.

So those who are fat should not go for drastic reduction in food intake. The reduction in carbohydrate intake should at least be replaced by vegetables and fruits. But it is not possible in BB house.

So, in future BB should not consider such people who are very fat. Poor guy, he has taken the matter so lightly and laughs at himself. He should also know that it is not his mistake alone. Overweight category people can reduce weight by changing the food habit. But, people under obese category should always do it under the guidance of dietitians.

Hi guys

Todays precap was shocking- Rajat holding his heart and crying and then begging Bigg Boss to let him leave. And then Tanisha threatening Bigg boss that they would all remove their mikes if Rajat wasn't allowed to leave. Apparently the lack of food, the tasks were getting to him!

Funniest was when he is crying and Sangram tries to console him he tells him to get lost and then Sangram says -" Humara haathi paagal ho gaya hai!!"😆
