well she resigned coz Arman wanted her to fire Nandu from Kohinoor as he felt that he was misleading Jassi and was planning to run away with Kohinoor money . So Jassi resigned mainly bcoz she was hurt that Arman sir doubted her loyalty and also bcoz she had to fire Nandu .
