Anandi should have told shiv earlier whether it was ringing him up or leaving a long message on the answerphone she dwelled on it too much through the day then when she wanted to discuss it jagya turned up. Anandi was given enough time to act and jagya can't wait forever for anandi's solution.. Had shiv known he would have tackled it better, he would have gotten to jagya before he came to kb they could have planned something to know sanchi's real thought on marriage and then shiv could have back him up.
Jagya only broke the engagement when sanchi's truth came out otherwise he still would have married her and adjusted best as possible, there is no need to bring Ganga into it, so why is anandi thinking along those lines, the problem here is sanchi's truth is revealed and jagya was only marrying her to keep family happy but no one will be happy after hence he's ending it.
