Kesar Update for Tuesday (08-30-05)

Kesar asks Kadambari as to why did she give Shalini the loan security papers. Kadambari denies it and tells her that she gave the papers to Mr. Rastogi. She tells her that Mr. Rastogi gave the papers of her property as well as Rudra's to Shalini. Kesar then asks her as to why is she hiding if she's innocent. Kadambari tells her that she has no other choice.

Rudra is busy attending calls from different clients and suppliers. When Kesar returns, she tells him about the property papers being with Shalini. He is shocked and tells her that they would go bankrupt. He tells her that Kadambari had cheated on them but Kesar tells him that she is not behind this, as her property papers are with Mr. Rastogi as well. She tells him that they should inform everyone but he tells her that he doesn't have the courage to face them and asks her to do it.

The next day, Kesar sees everyone happy as they plan to celebrate Janmashtami and decides not to tell them anything. Just then, Shalini enters with two law enforcement officers. She asks them to vacate the house, as it belongs to her. They are shocked. Kesar tells Shalini that they would talk about this in the office but she refuses and tells everyone how Rudra used their house and shipping company as security for a loan. She tells the officers to throw them out of the house. Dadaji requests her not to do this but she tells him that he hasn't forgotten what she went through because of them and has vowed to destroy them. Dadaji gets a heart attack. Kesar then wakes up and realizes that she was just dreaming. She goes out to the terrace, where she meets Anand. She tells him everything and he advices her to talk to Abhi but she tells him about the promise she made to Rudra. He tells her that she will have to break that promise to save her family.

Amma talks to a 'pandit' about Abhi's marriage. The 'pandit' tells her that he found a girl but her family wants to have their 'kundalis' matched. Amma gives him Abhi's 'kundali' and he starts reading it. Abhi joins them. The 'pandit' tells Abhi that he is going through a very bad phase and asks him to stay away from water. Abhi remembers what Kadambari told him.
