No way. Sonakshi perfect dialogue delievery and she brought the feel of 50's years. The other one cant express like sona. Sona eyes speak

no I cant imagine DP here..pakhi had an innocence and simplicity..sona essayed it beautifuly..u wanted to go n tell pakhi that its ok its not her mistake if varun did that to her...i cant visualise DP in d first half smhw

Coming to the topic... Sonaski received great reviews so I don't see the reason why we need to picture Deepika in this role. Until Deepika does a role like Pakhi..we can't say if Deepika can or can't do the role..but for now Sonaski seems like the perfect choice.

That said I find her more natural of an actress than Deepika though. And Pakhi's character needed someone who is a natural in front of the camera.
