Arshi, I have a take 2 now that I saw the episode. I liked it in bits. Gautam the actor is awesome, but Saras was great too. Finally, there was his comeback. So far he was a sidekick in this kitchen drama run by Pramad and Kalika.

I liked how he panicked at Dugbaa's words. Saras of the yore.

I already said I didnt like Dugbaa running and attempting suicide. They could have shown her going to temple and ringing the bell or something instead(dramatic but better than this). But Saras's worry was genuine. Dugbaa's anger is in line with her characterization though.

I am looking forward to Dugbaa-Saras convo if there is one tomorrow.

Didnt like Kalika calling the shots. Too boring n routine.

Kumud has been telling all that there is nothing between Saras n her now. Post-Pramad people will ask them to prove the now platonic nature of their relationship?

PS: Saras's character reminded me of 'Satyapriya' - Dharmendra's character and protagonist in Satyakam. He makes one mistake and literally kills himself due to that. Again this Saras is different from Sri GMT's Saras.

PPS: Dugbaa knew the way to local temple so she could have known the way to local taalaab. She doesnt need to go to Ratnanagari.

VC n co not knowing Naveen through Kusum is def. a blooper.

If there is nothing wrong with Kumud and all is well, why is she in bd house?

If she is there to protect Kumud, then why are the Desais so complacent that all is well?

The whole pramaad Kumud kalika equation is illogical - the fact that Kumud doesn't talk to her MIL, FIL or even Alak about kalika and pramaad is beyond ridiculous

And when you are not convinced about the scenario as a whole, when it is so full of loopholes that you can't even relate to it any more, it just doesn't appeal.

even I though that whatever dukhbaa did was mot needed at all! Gautam was superb as always!

hi arshi, watched the episode today, had nothing much to do therefore decided to give it a try, i must say i liked in parts. gautam was excellent, but did not understand DB part, why was she jumping in the dirty pond..the precap was ott, and confusing! wanted to watch mahabharat, started to watch but did not like it much..kinda miss the old one! the old one seems to be more realistic, the new version is all glitter but the essence is missing! still hooked on to jodha akbar, rajat tokas and paridhi are outstanding! do watch the show if u get chance, anyway enough of my ranting, hope our saraswatichandra does not go HDDCS way, what i hate the most is any serial that is supposed to be an adaptation loosing its originality, i hope the cvs do stick to the original story!
