Television actress Sakshi Tanwar has turned down Ankush Bhatt's 'Kamathipura', a film dealing with the issue of prostitution and human trafficking. Sources close to the actress say she did not even discuss the storyline before rejecting the offer.

Sakshi has already done a yet-to-release film, 'Mohalla Assi', with Sunny Deol. She is currently seen in telly serial 'Bade Achhe Lagte Hain'. Though there have been rumours about her quitting it, the sources claim otherwise. Despite repeated attempts, Sakshi couldn't be contacted.

If she did, its a good decision because media has been too much into it that they didn't see it as a character that she was going to portray but rather making stories upon it.. 😡

She is brilliant in whatever she does 😃
